Analyze and integrate molecular data of cancer patients for the identification of predictive biomarkers of response to current therapies, resistance mechanisms and discovery and validation of novel therapeutic targets.

Actionable predictive biomarkers of response will enable clinicians make informed decisions for patient stratification, thereby offering to patients therapies that most likely benefit from. Moreover, discovery and validation of novel therapeutic targets will pave the way to the development of new therapeutic agents to treat those patients that are resistant to current available therapies. Altogether, this project has the potential to improve patient care and quality of life.
